John, Yes it's me. How have you been??? I don't think we're out of the woods but is that some daylight coming through the tree's??? Ferran has stripped the company of excess costs and with the industry looking better (or at least bottoming) things may be looking up for our beloved. I have always said that Ferrans long-term view would succeed if the industry co-operated. Take care of your customers with good quality equip. and they will be happy. My concern is the debt and convertibles on the balance sheet but if things pick up we could be pleasantly surprised. I could be wrong and it may just be the MM's having some fun but if they want to take it to a buck a share, I'm all for it. Any time this puppy has an up day is a good one in my book. My contacts in the industry are still looking for industry improvement to be in the second half of 1999. We'll see what happens. Nice to here from you Jon. I'll be in touch. BOB
