Its got my vote. The management of this company lied. People invested based on those lies and have lost $000s. Stocks are risky but this management has IMHO acted without showing the responsibility theirt postitions demand.

You don't file against the company. You do file against the officer in the company who lied to us! Incorporation does not protect them in this case IMHO.
