Tom D, with all due respect, the recent and scheduled (form 144) insider selling is by far the heaviest in Amazon's history and significant because many of the sales will be for all or major portions of the holdings. The VC holders are selling out completely. This astute group of investors generally know more about the dynamics of the company and the stock than many board members. In fact, they often sit on boards of the companies they participate in.

You have seen the company and individual filings for stock sales. Do you mean to tell me that there is not massive selling that is unprecedented in Amazon's history? Isn't Bezos selling stock for the first time? Hasn't Covey sold several millions worth on separate occasions? Have you read the insider reports and company filings?
