Ouch, try as I might, I just can't help but comment on this part.

<According to the amended complaint, Golden Eagle and Turner made these claims without reading a copy of a geologic report upon which the reserve claims purportedly were based.>

Now where would that come from? I can just hear someone saying something like 'it's 2500 pages long, sheesh, I didn't read it all, talk to Guido, blame him'.

I now cringe every time something is released by, or about, GE.

Yup, get all the bad news out while on the pinks. What's next in the way of bad news?

Thanks, Arcane Lore, sort of - I watched a depressing movie tonight, read your post and am now watching Al Pacino trying to kill himself in, "The Scent of a Woman."

My kids are in bed sleeping with colds and fevers and work is going to be absolutely dismal next week....vacations are kicking in.

I must say though, that my problems are minor compared to TT and GE.
I am much poorer that they are though, I have to worry about bills, they don't. Read the recent 8k and NT10Q if you do not think they are doing well financially. If this company survives they all will do VERY WELL.

So, my GE lotto tickets sit waiting for a future drawing....or the opportunity to finally tear them up.

Regards, Colleen in Orlando.
