I'm guessing that since the quarter report (Oct 6th) neog has bought back more shares. Someone once told me that there are some very strict rules about share buy backs that prevent companies from driving up the price of their stock. So it is probably quite difficult for them considering the low average daily volume. Nice volume today and it sure would be nice if that was the last of the Dart shares.

Brewer lawsuit? I didn't see that one. The way I understood neog's relationship to BioPort was only that they helped them make the deal and in return ended up with the full rights to the Bot Tox-B vaccine. Other than that I didn't think neog had a percentage of BioPort. Although after now reading the 1st quarter report it sounds like they still have some kind of partnership (relationship?) with BioPort? Wondering...

What can you tell me about the Brewer lawsuit? Let me guess, some of the state employees feel they should have been awarded the lab?
