Pencil me back in on plus side. "Repayment of the loans, together with interest thereon, is secured by a lien on substantially all of the assets of the Company and the Company's executive officers and directors guarantee repayment of the loans." Money talks as they say in the neighborhood. I've lost money on almost all Y2K plays so TPII is just added to the list. The strategy of having groupware as a post Y2K core business is sound and could prove to create a support base if TPII's stock ever gets out of this gutter pricing. The delay of contract signings affected most of the Y2K vendors. I still am banking on this to be over, but I haven't seen any major movement of stock prices in the Y2K's. From what I'm reading the mid size companies is where the business model exists for 1999 being most of the big guys are already compliant. "The Company expects to generate revenue from (a) the performance of (i) transformation services for end-users of IBM midrange computing systems and application software development services related to client/server migration; (ii) Year 2000 consulting, analysis, remediation and training services; and (iii) groupware services, consisting primarily of the performance of application software development services relating to Lotus Notes and ICC products and related instructional services" So my glass is now half-full.
