After the Wellrich history of complete prevarication concerning motions being granted, do you expect any of this to actually be taken seriously ... just like the other 'disappearing' motions and Jihad's GRANTED Motions and Janices, "to be scanned and procured" judgements, this appears to me to be just another crock ... oh, did we misread Jihad's contention that the motion was GRANTED ... seems like that is what was posted ...
