Smething fishy is going on.

It's quite obvious that Datek is involved in baiting and trapping short sellers by extending hard-to-find stock and then forcing buy-ins by simply declaring them unmarginable due to high volatility.

Remember the days when short-sellers would post messages about how wonderful Datek was because they always seemed to have stock available to borrow in even the most thinly-traded scams?

If it sounds too good to be true...it usually is. Stay away from Datek.
