Gawd. I forgot what a tour de force this wuz. Thanks for the balst from the past. tell me - you had a solid snootful when you wrote this, right? Dipping into the well of "motivational chemicals". Tommie Wolfe'd'a been proud.

Anyway - hats off all over again.

JF, I LOVED your Volvo rap. You have me pegged, to a "t." I am a Volvo-driving, Birkenstock-wearing, granola-eating, recycling tree-hugger! My Volvo has over 150,000 miles on it! Nobody ever sells their Volvo, I won't buy another until this one rusts out, in, say, another 150,000 miles.

(BUT! I vote republican.)

P.S. Looked at your profile, see you work for the USPS. Another maladjusted misanthrope square peg who found a round hole working at the post office? My theory is that you have to be smart to get a job working for the post office, it is actually very demanding work, but so deadly dull that it drives smart people crazy, but the money and benefits are so good compared to anything else they can earn outside that they stay and go crazy.
