May you and your's have a GREAT THANKSGIVING DAY that also is for All on SI, That was very nice of you. Still have not seen your Fax # Funny that there is volume in MDIN at this time. --from the 10/19 meeting starting from 10/19 to 11/19 only 16,130,700 shares at .125 to the low of .065 I expected much more selling. It may come yet half of 16 million is about the float, more or less. Also the FMV at the time this stock was isued with about 20MM shares was around .50 so with the issue of more Pfrd, and common to 80MM the price would go to .06cents a share. yet the year has a great % loss than what I thought. When I run a line on the % up down line with NPEC. the loss over the past 40 weeks is much deeper than NPEC, come to think of it NPEC is in a flat line up trend from Sept. 98 so go figure out how that works. With that thought in mind the issue of MDNI should turn about Dec, 10 1998 and start a new flat line base from that point it would take about 12 weeks to firm up with the trend line of NPEC. Now npec needs a day of + .0325 cents or MDIN would need a day of .0525 up with each to have that added to the past close for a reverse of the trend. Feb looking good for NPEC AND April for MDIN. Let's see how close I can come. That is if there is no news, and there will not be any IMVHO that's about all for this one. On to the money makers, see ya.
