I stick to my guns as I have before. We will get an OEM buy in from IBM in a very short period of time. "Gerry" seems to be all hung up on Cendant, as if WAVX were going to live or die according to what happens with this one content provider. I'd even hazard a guess that whatever "information" he's getting might have been coming through someone at Cendant who's been negotiating with WAVX. Who knows -- and who cares. The real issue with "Gerry" is not whether he is wrong or right but the fact that he is so invested in his own status as this cryptic guru that everything he says has to be seen through the lens of this egotistical need to be proven right. Notice how irritable he gets whenever someone points out any of his badly wrong past predictions -- which were made in the same confident manner that he's making his current predictions. He's not here to help us, he's here to make himself look good. He's static.
