It was months ago that both Netscape and Microsoft agreed to standardize on Apple's MRJ for Java going forward. This is a good thing, because it will give developers one platform to target for making sure their Java works on the Mac. I hate Netscape's evil runtime, and while Metrowerks did a good job with Microsoft's, I applaud their move to integrate their tech with Apple's. MRJ 2.1 is going to rock. EA3 is already great, and that's a beta release.
