Hi Colleen. The SEC ammended there charges against TT on Thursday. BD had completed their "discovery" before this and had been part of a report from GE.

I don't believe this is coincidence that "AFTER' the BD report, the SEC modified their charges!! IMHO this is as a result of the SEC interviewing BD/GE.

Even though BD was hired by GE, any report generated that affects an SEC company under their jurisdiction may be questioned! So I think SEC had a talk to BD/GE and then revised the charges.

These are guesses, but my guesses so far have not been far off. I am pretty sure this guess is an accurate representation of what has happened.

hopefully for GE shareholders, I am proven wrong!!
