Alski, FIBR has an all time high over 20. It can't be a proper cup with handle until it works a handle coming off reattainment of its alltime high. We go strictly by the book on cups with handle on this thread (and don't you forget it >>gg<<) It's not a MIMBO either. A high tight flag is all (as if that's not enough) that can be ascribed to it at this point. As far as the scouting reports go on high tight flags, it's risky to buy into the flag. Better to wait for the breakout (with volume verification) and be ready for the typical initial HTF breakout volatility. From the editor's desk, Doug R
