bluejeans, I think you think you are joking

I fink evry inanimate object should be connected ter the Internet. I'll get out me spoons. Sure, we've all 'eard about fings like vendin' machines bein' connected, but I'm bloody well talkin' about fings like lightbulbs and table sors and kit. Just fink how convenient it would be ter log into yor microwave from yor car so it can finish 'eatin' yor supper just as yor pullin' in the bloody driveway. And 'oo wouldn't want ter have the front door on the Internet, isit? Yer could 'ave a camera set up ter wotch the bloomin' door. Wen the plumber comes and ringgs the bloody doorbell, it pops up a message on yor remote laptop. Yer 'ave a look at the bloody camera view, see that it's the bleedin' plumber, buzz 'im in, wotch 'im work, and make sure 'e leaves wivout raidin' the chuffin' refrigerator. 'ow about this, mate? Yer lose a sock. Yer pin' it remotely, right, causin' it ter beep, enablin' yer ter find it. Need yor address book, right, but don't 'appen ter have it where yer need it, isit? Log in and 'ave a look up the information online.
