Well, thank you. Finally some factual references, rather than a long screed against your former business partners. I'll certainly read the references you posted. However, I would assume that the issue you refer to (ARCA fees) is not unique to MB, but would be true of any daytrade firm that uses them, no? And their ticket prices are no worse than several competitors. Executioner is basically the same price. Cyberbroker is a couple of bucks cheaper per ticket, but they add on significant charges for using any of the ECN's. Frankly, I could care less what the Tier 1 rates are, since if I don't trade in Tier 2 or higher, my feeds don't get waived. As far as my nerve is concerned, all I was asking for was substantiation. Your initial post was a long, rambling screed about how they "done you wrong". Please remember, there's a lot of BS on the Web, and without seeing someone's face and hearing their voice, it's hard to know who is who, and who is full of crap (or has a hidden agenda). I don't think it's reasonable to post something of the tone you initially did, and expect readers to comprehensive reference searches through newspapers all over the country to see if the person is a crackpot or not. You have now provided more concrete references, which I appreciate (and will certainly follow up on), for which I thank you.

Scanshift,

For the sake of disclosure, would you advise if you now have any pending legal actions filed in Cook County or similar jurisdictions or have had them in the past regarding any or all of these allegations?

Alan

By the way, you use the same term the Forbes article did. What does "up to 3 cents per share mean?" Is there any way to find out?
