Those are two mighty interesting scenarios you've offered for discussion here. Presuming that #2 is the more desirable plan of action, don't the existing shareholders now have true legal basis for a court action against the company? If I were a shareholder I'd be hoppin' mad right now. The groundwork has been laid. Why should the common stock of company insiders be any more special than the common stock held by non-insiders? Can anybody bring this to the attention of the SEC or does a formal complaint need to be submitted by a current shareholder?

A really impressive analysis, wireless. Like you, I'd be inclined to favor Scenario B.

Another question: who is Morris Sylver, and why did he have 10 million shares of common?
