HACKENSACK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)

Net2Phone offers 15 free minutes of
PC-to-phone calling all

Thanksgiving weekend long

IDT (NASDAQ: IDTC) today announced that
it is giving away 15 free minutes of calling to
all new Net2Phone users to call anyone in
the United States throughout Thanksgiving
weekend.

Using IDT's Net2Phone, which is free and
downloadable off the web at
www.net2phone.com, users can chat away
for 15 minutes free to anyone in the U.S.
from their multimedia PCs from 12:01 a.m. on
Thursday, November 26 through midnight on
Sunday, November 29 Eastern Standard
Time.

"We are delighted to have the opportunity to
bring family and friends together on
Thanksgiving," said David Greenblatt, Chief
Operating Officer of Net2Phone. "More than
1,000,000 Net2Phone users have reaped the
benefits of placing phone calls over the
Internet, and we want to encourage more
people to utilize the Internet as a full-service
communications tool. "

Net2Phone enables Internet users to place
calls to any telephone in the world via the
Internet, transforming multimedia computers
into full service communications tools.
Recipients of the call need not be online as
calls are routed directly to traditional
telephones. Because calls are placed through
the Internet, phone rates are not based on
the country of origin.

Net2Phone has also dropped other rates on a
permanent basis (unless they get lower).
Rates to Japan have dropped to $0.17 per
minute, New Zealand to $0.12 per minute,
Hong Kong to $0.19 per minute, Taiwan to
$0.29 per minute and Chile for $0.16 per
minute.
