Wireless, I own a corporation. Let me tell you a story about a one employees venture home. In his own vehicle, on his way home from work, he hit somebody from behind. This employee was at fault 100%. The lawyer for the plaintiff presented evidence, that my employee had a trunk full of documents pertaining to my corporation. Even though my employee was off the clock, the plaintiff accused my corporation of negligence. My sister, a prominent lawyer and house council of my business, could not beat this one! You see, his car was loaded with information pertaining to my business. I am saying, what seems clear to you and I, may not be the case according to law! anti
