I read that post #reply-6510171 about five times, looked at it sideways and upsidedown too. The spelling is good. The words look reasonably well strung together.
But it makes absolutely no sense, and is not intended to.

I tell ya, these are the rmilpeople we're dealing with here.

This is NOT to you wireless, I just used your post:
It is important that people understand that I think this company is worthless. I would not invest one dime in this company..However..I also think that it is important that everyone know that certain people here are totally scumbags.. I think that the SEC should investigate them also..I am perfectly willing to "open all of my records" to them..I embrace that..
The reader doesn't fully understand what I am saying, I am thinking.. You all must understand that many of these people are out and out gaht dam liars...How much clearer do I have to make it? And I am not afraid of any of them.
Step up to the plate ..buckwheat

I have a question, ww. That is, I have many. And you're one hell of a forensic accountant, so.... Let's start with this from the 10KSB:

State the aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates computed by reference to the price at which the common equity was sold, or the average bid and asked prices of such common equity, as of a specified date within the past 60 days. $2,888,602 a/o 11/10/98.

Note the date. Can you or someone else please explain this statement, and its ramifications, to me? TIA.

Oh yes. Another point: we know that the private placement initiative in which WellRich took part was launched in 1997. Where do the revenues from this PP show up in the fiancials?

Aw, I'm just a dummy, must be something I'm missing here, right, lolololol?
