Unless they wake up and get serious about building a REAL public business we will loose our investment.

Breeze:

The more you post, the better I understand your limitations in comprehending anything about running a business.

In addition, your comments regarding promoting the stock rather than the business and the assumption that this the way to maintain higher stock price is ludicrous. Execution of a successful business plan is what drives a stocks sustainable increase.

You have the right to your opinion. But you tend not to listen to any others. If you have a problem, call the company. If you are 9000 miles away, send them an e-mail.

Let us know how they respond.

Frustration with the stock price is one thing, but your posts are almost ludricous lately. You have completely lost all of your perspective on this stock. Don said he is filing form 10 in January and plans to become fully reporting next year. This is the first time he has stated a specific plan to become fully reporting within a particular time frame. The company continues to sign large companies to contracts on a regular basis. They continue to expand the application of their technology to meet new niches. To imply that TSIS is a scam is completely losing it. Sell the damn stock if you hate it so much. I am very comfortable with everything about this company except the stock price.

Breeze,

Although I do NOT agree with your fears regarding this stock, I do understand your frustrations, and possibly, your concerns come from the same thing that aggravates me, these missed deadlines. If there is one thing about this company I would like to see change immediately, it would be to post more realistic deadlines. There is nothing more frustrating than to create an expectation and then fail to fulfill it in the promised time frame.

Unless your just too uncomfortable with it to hold, I would suggest to you to give this stock a little more time, at least through the Annual General Meeting. Fortunately for all of us JSb will be able to attend so let's see what he tells us afterward. If you are comfortable holding into next year at that point, let's see if TSIS comes through with becoming a reporting company. And I will admit to you, this is one expectation that I, personally, do not want to see delayed again, but I'm willing to wait until then and see whether or not they come through.

And if this is just too worrisome, why not lighten or sell your position. If you sold half, you'd have less pressure, but still have enough to make up any losses when TSIS delivers.

Coz
