Roger a stock deal at the right price would save you from a taxable event--dont ignore that advantage. And try to analyze the aquiring company objectively-) (if there is one)

I'm not taking the buyout rumors too seriously, although they certainly make for interesting conversation. The last few buyout rumors amounted to absolutely zero.

On the other hand, I would take a stock deal. Granted, cash would be better, but a stock deal at least gives us the option of selling for cash, or waiting.
