i agree with you about the honorable thing to do. i too travel all over us and europe and hear the same. the thing with clinton is simply......he has NO honor
my big beef is with the entire dem party that selected him as their leader and our now trying to continue to shove him down our throat. is there any honor, honesty, integrity, leadership, moral values anywhere in that party. as granny used to say birds of a feather flock together. if the democratic politicians really believe clinton is getting a bad deal because he is a manipulative liar, a sexual predator in the workplace, a felonious criminal perjurer, an abuser of the women who work for him, his wife and his daughter, an abuser of the armed forces who he deployed to foreign countries without the ability to defend themselves i hope the democratic voters can somehow see thru it and take decisive action at the polls.

Bill,

Their is a very good article written in Dec. Readers Digest by Peggy Noonan, titled President Clinton's Problem, The real question is not " Do we respect him?", It is " Does he respect us?"

She points out Linda Bloodworth-Thomason and Markie Post jumping up and down on the Lincoln Bed, a national treasure.

Also after his lip biting, moist eyed "confession" at the prayer breakfast he went to a raucous party and laughed as he announced "Hillary and I have been... Just lapping this up."

This guy is a good enough actor to get an Oscar.

Bill

Hey, Bill check this headline from Saturday's LA Times
"Gop Defections Appear to Doom Impeachment Vote"
The story goes on to say "Eight house Republicans now say they'll oppose Clinton's ouster. Additional wavering party colleagues could deliver the death blow to removal effort.
'There are at least 50 Republicans who feel that this matter has gone on for so long that it is leading nowhere' said Rep.Jhon Edward Ported of Illinois a Gop lawmaker." Could be that opinion polls are taking their toll on the Republicans. They are now out to save their own skin instead of going after Big Bill's.....Won't be long now.
