z,one last point TSIG has 57MM +/- outstanding,20mm registered for employee comp.,and 6mm registered 144's for the acquisition,and there has been a boatload of 144's coming to market in the last year. Now you have the additional dilution of the convertible placement,always remember -the diluted outstanding share count is the divisor in the equation of success..wish you good luck (honestly)..I won't post here again,feel free to PM..DD
