Scanshift,

Your comments about pursuing legal action, especially in Cook County are not accurate. I defended litigation there for ten years through the insurance company I worked for. If you chose, you could have gotten highly qualified counsel to accept your case on a contingency fee, requiring little or no out of pocket expense on your part.

This nonsense about taking on the "superstar" attorney is just emotional cliche. Great attorneys lose cases all the time. Many qualified attorneys would be happy to take on Dan Webb if they felt you had a strong case.

Although I think many of your comments deserve further inquiry, trying to allege any TN should charge differently for ISLD executions is over the line. These guys are in business to make money. Their pricing is based on supply, demand and competition. They're free to have high margin on some products and low margin on others. That's called free enterprise. I personally would rather have the marketplace determine pricing without interference.

I'm still not sure of the point of all your comments. You evidently believe these people took away something that belonged to you. But other than be a gadfly, you haven't followed up to seek legal redress.

Alan
