I do not think a RS will be the first time Spencer has played his game. He is not upfront or thruthful with his game plan IMHO. Thought the summer figures were to send the value of this company northerly? It did not happen. Guess I will go back to sleep. Best wishes:)

I must agree with your statement.

However, If the company decides to proceed with a reverse split in the number of shares outstanding, the company must also reverse the number of shares authorized. (something I doubt will be done)

If the company proceeds with the RS, it only shows us, as investors and part owners of LTGL, that management does not give a CRAP about us!

Why would the company increase the number of shares authorized when they know that they will have to ultimately decrease the number of shares outstanding (RS)?
So management can have more shares to issue in the long run!!IMHO
It's as simple as that!!!!!!

The only reason why the company would be thinking of proceeding with a RS is the following IMOO:
We must be approaching the maximum number of shares authorized

BB stocks - Oh well, one of these days ......

Good luck to all LTGL shareholders
I get the feeling we will be needing it
