Since the majority of uBid shares have already been issued in the promise to award uBid shares in the .73 ratio to MALL, why is there an insistence that the IPO of 20% of the shares will cause MALL to sky-rocket any further than it has. If you are making the internet hype argument that is OK with me as many are severely over-valued and some remain so. But if the issue is strictly the IPO actually taking place I can't see the logic. I think MALL will settle below 20 but that is JMHO. Gordon P.S. Interestingly you can short this IPO unlike eBay or others.
