These frivolous lawsuits are a joke, the shareholders get pennies on the dollar while the lawyers get rich. You watch there will be 10 more law firms jumping on the bandwagon within the next couple of weeks...

Hi Rich, what amazed me about KTEL was their nondisclosure regarding a possible delisting from NASDAQ:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Larry Kieves, K-tel's president, says he didn't believe the possible delisting -- which would drop K-tel to the much-less-prestigious Nasdaq Small Cap Market -- was a "material event" that required disclosure.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyways, while KTEL is wounded, TSIG has an opportunity to move in aggressively. We are already nipping at the heels of KTEL, CDNW. Soon TSIG will transform from a Chihuahua to a Dobermann and take a BIG BITE !!

Regards,

Phil
