Charles,

Thanks for your message. I thought I should post publicly because I'm not sure of the exact context or quote but about a month ago, Frank was asked how closely FTEL owned the remainder of FNet and he said something to the effect 'that he would have to look into it'. Please take it with a grain of salt but it's mentioned in one of FTEL's latest SEC documents that FNet is held on the books as a negative asset. It looks like Frank's closer to buying all those shares at book value like he did his first 4M shares of FNet than we might give him credit for. Of course, FTEL would register a tidy profit for the sale of FNet but at this point, FNet is FTEL's profit margin.

This is like a game of chess: The opening is all kinetic energy. The pieces are put in readiness. Once you hit the middle game, you light the fuse and you have lots of dynamic energy. Even the most seasoned masters can let things slip through their fingers as they move from one phase to another. We are now moving on line and from the divergence of the way things go, the agendas of FNet and FTEL have never been wider.
