it's my understanding that a JV is very possible but the further advanced the exploration the better a deal for Rock. Ergo, more money needs to be spent.

Very true! there will be further share dillution if;

1)the settlement with the Bc Gov is delayed
2)the property is not Jv'ed

However, in the interim, Mr. Kennedy has a consortium of investors that are supporting him, and have never failed to come up with the money when he needed it. They are heavily invested in Rock and will continue to support the project.

Stew. The company on the property that is interested in the the claim is Canadian not Chilean!!
