Cornbread,

I have the utmost respect for you as an engineer and a fellow poster. But if you don't tell Harry your real name, you won't get an OX2 in your stocking. :)

Seriously, the 1,000,000 shares was a figure posted previously. Is it wrong? You say you have Information (that) indicates that the actual amount of stock given to Shelby in exchange for the design and production of a street vehicle is quite a bit less.

What information do you have? What is the correct amount? Where did you get this information? How much dilution will it represent?

Surely you don't expect Shelby not to be compensated for his efforts .

I don't mind Shelby being compensated by being given stock for designing and building a street vehicle. Those are your words. They are accurate. Just call a spade a spade. I object to others making it sound like Shelby is putting his own funds at risk in a "joint venture" to do that. Where's the risk? He is being paid with stock for building a car with an OX2 engine. That is not a joint venture. He also wrote a letter which is being used for promotion purposes. That's an endorsement.
