Hi David,

Your point is well taken and informative. It appears we are back to the 'silence to all' scenario. While I can't be specific, without a lot of research, I thought this resource calculation was promised about 9 months ago. Maybe Rick (the thread's historian) can bring some light to this time frame.
It was interesting to note that when there was a possibility of a proxy fight, the information and advertisements were flowing. Now that that prospect is over, the shareholders get the silence treatment again.
I feel CMS & Co. will let all their options expire in February '99, as she committed they would not be repriced and then they will reset a huge slug of options an reduced prices. If and when that is done, then watch the stock. When the Management's option position is set, then we might see some promotion.
