I can't find any evidence that this is a fully reporting company, but maybe I'm missing something. I can find insider reports that show director Bergman is selling shares. Is he still an officer of the company? My guess is that this company is not well funded--hence the low stock price. Undercapitalization is the primary reason small public companies fail. If the market is good, it will attract well-capitalized players; usually, the better bet is on one of them. This stock was as high as $1.50 earlier this year. The steep decline must also give one pause.
