James, I doubt that any one of us has the answer to your question and even if one did, I doubt he would post it on SI. I also doubt that the next set of results will put us up to $5.
My theory is that they did the PP to secure enough money for the next bulk sample and to fund all of 1999.
Considering current market conditions, show me one junior that would turn down 10 Mil. I for one am happy to hold and to maybe even buy more shares in a junior who is fully funded for the next 12 months or more.
Best

james, your concerns are the same as my own.

A month ago I was telling red that WSP has enough money and didn't need to do a financing. Well it's here. The only good thing about it is WSP should not have to do another one till they build the mine and then it had better be a loan.

As far as having bought lower, everyday I ask myself if I should sell and so far everyday I have said no and so feel I'm in at todays price. Does this make sense?

Mike Muzylowski may have needed the money. I noticed his opening balance was not that large.I have no idea why he sold and frankly don't care. If an insider wanted to trade this thing they could do it on a much larger scale and would not even show up on the reports.

Alfred Turton has 55,000 more shares than he started with.

good results rushed to the market well they have been to get the 10 mill haven't they? Just you and I havn't seen them.

salute

James
You finance when you can and I for one believe that WSP did the right thing they need money sooner rather than later.

PS As I have stated they could have raised 20mil more at this time.
I will be going to a Seminar and Dr. Bob will be speaking on Wsp as well the Top Mining Dude from First Marathon will be there.
Lots more to this story stay tuned.

How many Insiders with Winspear.? How many bought ,? How much was sold by this one guy over the last month or so. The sale may represent less than 1% of insider stocks, insignificant. they are not very sharp by hanging on a few extra weeks the price would have been much higher.?? These guys should have to explain why they sell in a rising stock, it might be a decoy to shake out some people, what power some people have over our money.
