I went and ordered 3 pair of glasses today , my eyes went from
20 / 20 to hell ,, in less than a year ,, my Op says it's the computer,,

She says ,, every 30 minutes ,, take your eyes off the screen and look away ,,and focus on something else ,, make your screen back ground all black ,, use large fonts with bright colours, such as green ,,red,, yellow ,
