>>Having watched these many months I actually feel compelled to follow the thread as though it were a rite of passage in the life of an investor to suffer on his way to success.<< unfortunately, sms, many are like me. truly wise people learn from the misfortunes of others and not their own. while i had to learn for myself why this scam stock arena is so dangerous, i've learned to keep my eyes open and learn from others mistakes now as best as i'm able. it also takes me all of 30 minutes to see the scam in many companies. ;-) >>While this has been an interesting experience, though costly, I will recover from my fiscal miscues.<< you will recover. the key thing is to LEARN and then that loss becomes tuition. while we all want a free education - or better yet, to get paid for it ;-) - tuition is MUCH BETTER than a loss. >>This is indeed tragic.<< it sure is. even worse, how many scamsters see how easy this is and use rmil as their springboard to start their own scam du jour? while rmil was incredibly weak in their ability to put together a good scam, some of these guys are good. >>If any had a hand in purposely scaming these ones then shame on you. I hope that you feel regret for your actions and will try not to harm again.<< can a rock feel bad because it isn't a log? >>If you do not feel regret then may justice be swift and fair. << unfortunately, sms, you can file multiple false documents with the sec, you can file a false audit that never occurred, you can lie in press releases for 2 years, you can lie to investors for years, you can give supposed inside information so it gets to the net, you can issue 40 million illegal and unregistered share, you can dupe your transfer agent, you can give said shares to yourself, your corporations, your mom, your niece, your friend, your dog and then you can sell said shares and pocket $12 million dollars, you can cause your stock to go from $4.75 to $0.01 causing the market cap to shrink a quarter of a billion dollars and you know where and how much time you do? for all this seriously aggregious behavior, you sit in club fed working on that golf swing for less than 2 years. i know someone who made $500k in the first 6 months of 1996 and lost $500k in the last 6 months of 1996 ala charles huttoe, the ceo of systems of excellence incorporated. he had a product. he showed people the product. he scammed the h*ll out of us. caveat emptor... >>I only write now because other projects beg my attention and I must break from this habit, yet I do wish you all well and hope you prosper.<< good luck in your future ventures and i hope that this event has made you savvy, very savvy as to the wiles of the scammer. he/she is out there ready to pounce - not just in the stock arena. thanks for the good wishes. skeets...
