Howard, I do not know another single person in the world who knows "Railroad Bill" by Cisco Houston. But, isn't it a .38 special on a .45 frame Yes the line is from Railroad Bill, but I learned Hobart Smith's version where he has it on a 44 frame. I have a few Cisco albums, but none of them have a version of Railroad Bill on them - until reading your post I wasn't aware that he had recorded that song.
