FYI, there are several press releases posted on the YAHOO message board that were missed by YAHOO. In sum, Reggie & Co are gone, Ron Lusk's people are running things, and are taking no salary, just a stock package to be determined later. Ron's company Match Inc. bought all of the Preferred shares for an undisclosed sum, and he also owns 300,000 shares himself. These new managers have a history in Nursing Homes, and Ron seems to have turned Hospital Staffing around. Here's one stock holder who is holding on and praying(as usual) for this stock to finally start moving up. GLTUA Kevin
