I have been getting many of the documents from this firm relating to the case over the last couple years. Although I am not fluent in legal-ese, it appears this firm is doing a great job in delivering cash to those working on the case. Judge Abramson keeps signing off and they keep requesting.

The question I have is "When does it end?". I notice there is still a market for PNII and there are trades every so often. I have not even sold my holdings yet for my tax loss (ouch).

What will be the final conclusive act that will take this off of the list of traded stocks?

DJ

YOU ASKED THE QUESTION AS TO HOW GOOD THE LAW FIRM WAS IN THIS CASE. PRETTY DARN GOOD. THEY WON WITH A 3.75 MILLION DOLLAR JUDGEMENT. THE RULING WAS TODAY.
