Hi HQ, and everybody. This spurt of advertising we've seen indicates
some potential for producing batteries but probably a shortage of customers. If Valence advertised extensively in public fora, some review of its progress would be warranted, IMO. VLNC, with its extensive and prestigious crosslinks probably will continue with its business plan; discreet dealings with large OEM's.

There is at least some evidence which may suggest that ULBI is ahead of VLNC.

Both had conference calls the same week. ULBI reportedly said during their CC that they are producing samples for OEM's from their automated production line.

The VLNC CEO would not go on record to say the same.

From that standpoint, it is not unreasonable to suggest ULBI is ahead of VLNC in mass production.
