At the end of the interview it was reported that Jeff approached Bill about selling cigars
on the Internet. Bill perked up, Jeff said, but we must get it done before 2003. Bill asked
why? Jeff whispered in his year. That's when the "Association of Internet retailers"
contract with Forrester research runs out.
