In Oct it was starting to look pretty scary. Amat was down to 22. The blue chips and I mean, old America's dream team P&G,Gillette, At&t, Intel, etc where in the shits. Then the recovery started.
Wall Street sent out the Internet stocks to recover us along with U Al.
So far it's working.
What's next?

Yes, but Hyde won't let go until he proves to the public that at the very least, Clinton has to be made legally accountable.

With Clinton as a potential future felon, finding a solution to this mess where Clinton remains president is going to be about as easy as putting back toothpaste in a tube after you've walked on it.

I'm not sure Americans have thought it through, and sentiment may very well change when the hard decisions about what is to be done have to be taken.
