Mike,
Let me try to take Cobalt's question a little farther. There are some people here on SI who say that it's impossible to do fundamental analysis because of lack of information to the little guy. Before the "big news" comes out, the price has already changed to reflect it, because the big guys have the information before everyone else. While this may be true to a certain extent, I always thought that it's more important to correctly interpret the information that everyone already knows about (DRAM prices, the technology offered by a company, company reports...). What do you think? Is it fruitless for a little guy like me to try to do better analysis of a stock than one of the analysts, because I don't have the information that they have?
