Hi Dick, My feeling is that if we have any more intrest rate cuts, it will signal the down turn of the USA economy, as the BANKS are limiting the loans to mid and small businesses as we speak. They FEAR a Global Down Turn Also!!!!!!!!!!! However, thier greed is allowing them to extend loans to the personnel sector for secured loans.....Not Good for the consumer, as they are hoping for defaults!!!!!!!!! Look at the Wall Street Journal next week.... Later Preston
