Hi Keith, To your exchange fee question I suggest you call the Canadian exchanges and ask them. I am a vocal advocate of equality in exchange rates, no matter where you reside...To date, no movement by any of them. Sorry, rules are rules and we have to play by them :) Carole NAQ
