ImaginOn Receives Patent Approval for Proprietary
Internet Technology

GREER, S.C., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- California Pro Sports, Inc., (Nasdaq: CALP - news) announced today that
ImaginOn, Inc. received notification that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has allowed all 34 claims contained in a patent
application for its ''Method and Apparatus for Database Transformation and Adaptive Playback'', by ImaginOn principals
David M. Schwartz and Leonard W. Kain. This new invention is the core of ImaginOn's proprietary technology forming the
basis for its three software products: WorldCities 2000, WebZinger and sellONstream.

Fundamentally, the newly patented invention transforms data from a spatial domain, where objects are arranged in space
geometrically, to a temporal domain, where objects are arranged in time, sequentially. This presents an efficient way to
automatically gather a wide range of data, of different types, from far flung chaotic sources, and then process and present it in
real time. From a user's perspective, ImaginOn's invention means access and viewing from vast networks like the World Wide
Web will become easier and faster.

''Using ImaginOn technology, interactive digital television will be able to seamlessly combine computer data with entertainment
content,'' said ImaginOn's President, David M. Schwartz. ''Personal computers can be freed of complex operating systems and
become simple to use information appliances. Len and I think ImaginOn technology has the potential to change every aspect of
the emerging digital world for the better and we hope our first three applications will lead the way.''

California Pro Sports, Inc., formerly a marketer and distributor of sporting goods related products, is a publicly-traded
company that has executed an agreement to merge with ImaginOn, Inc. based in San Carlos, California. The stockholders of
California Pro Sports will be voting on a proposal to ratify the proposed merger at its upcoming shareholders meeting on
December 10, 1998.

ImaginOn is a development stage company which engineers, produces and sells business and consumer software for CD-Rom
and network users, including WebZingerâ„¢, the web data acquisition tools.

TMex, check NM for yourself. Don't knock a stock just because you did not find it first. I would think a lot more of you as a true team player if you would check this stock and give us your true opinion on it. NM seems like a good situation and it is no fly-by-night company. Check the investors and management who came on board since July...execs. from Jacor Communications, Capstar, Broadcast.com and Time Warner. This company was already close to breaking even before their announcement of launching this new site.

I think you would be badly mistaken if you discard the presence of the 3 TV moms as insignificant in their advertising (not that you have). The Baby Boomer crowd is endeared to these stars and they could have a huge positive effect for this company...
