There is a major difference between being objective about a stock, trying to find out the truth and providing honest dialog among the thread participants and intentionally providing misleading information about the stock or people on the thread. We were told that the reporting was on track. In fact we were told it twice when it was reiterated in the second press release. Now we are hearing - like we usually do, second hand from some conversation with Pat Rost, that maybe reporting isn't very important to the company now because of the lawsuit. Well, lets get our facts straight. The reiteration PR came out after the lawsuit was filed. So, what has changed?

Why, oh why, is it not important now? Because the PR's were meant to hype the stock and make the shareholders feel good and attract potential investors. This is why I don't particularly like PR people and seldom talk with them. It is a waste of money on a phone call. It takes time to sift through the positive hype to get to the substance.

This is only one example of an inconsistent statement coming out from a PR. There are many more but, contrary to an idiot, I am not short, never have been. I am a shareholder who is down more than 50 percent
but am not angry because I do plan on being here long. The company will either win its lawsuit and make us all winners or lose and make us all losers. That is the risk of this penny stock. I try to be objective and watch what is going on. If I like something I say so. If I don't, I say so. That is what this thread is for. But, unlike some, I don't hype the stock to multiple threads on SI everytime a new PR is released like some do. That is their business and once again it is another function of SI. So, before anyone tries to take a swipe at my participation or motives on SI, take a look at your own.
