Alan,

If you truly wish to understand my perspective, read the passages below. I see that God is light, that we are to walk in the light, and that it is upon the Earth as it is in Heaven. If Satan is not in Heaven, then he is not upon the Earth either. I have reflected much upon the passages below, and determined that if God is light, and I am to walk in the light, all that is not light is to be disregarded and dispensed with, whether it be external, or within me. We cannot walk in the light and stop to examine what exists in darkness at the same time. When you shine a light upon a shadow, he ceases to exist, for he only was a lack of light. To believe in lack of light is to keep it alive, and to keep darkness within us. Jesus did not achieve his greatness by thinking about sin and the devil, he did so by restoring light, and sin and the devil ceased to exist by this very act. We do not need to fight evil. If we simply embody light, the shadows will flee from our footsteps. Take out a flashlight and see how it works. : )

1Jo 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
1Jo 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Peace,
Darrin

Alan,

"If you think that Satan , fear, guilt and sin does not exist good for you. You talk in circles........ You say you Sin but you say Satan does not exist So what you are saying is that Sin comes from GOD if Satan does not exist."

What I am saying is that the only way to stop being afraid of the boogie man is to cease believing in him. As long as well believe in him, we leave in fear. This is the real circular logic. To no longer grant that belief is to stop it. The only way to stop, is to, well, stop. No, I am not saying sin comes from God by any means, since God is light. I believe sin to be a mistaken belief in lack of light that is corrected.

"You are saying ALL is GOD but if that were true than you are saying GOD is imperfect since Satan does not exist."

God is perfect. Only our perception of him becomes flawed, and this may be corrected.

"Thats right I DON'T READ MUCH OF THE BIBLE......... You seem to dwell on it since I brought it up."

You are right. That was a cheap shot on my part, and I apologize. You offered this willingly to me, and I used it against you. So, yes, I sinned. I lied to myself to believe that this was light, when in fact it was darkness. The best way to deal with it is to apologize sincerely, learn from it, and move on, without repeating it.

"Than you agree with those Web Pages?"

I don't know, Alan, but anything based upon the precepts of love, light, and life is off to a good start. I give anything founded upon those precepts the benefit of the doubt until I have fully explored them, and found otherwise. It is ideas formed on hate, darkness, and death that I give short shrift. Unfortunately, I've found determining which is which is not as simple as I once thought.

1. Was Jesus born to a virgin........

Since you consider yourself reborn, did you have to have sex with yourself or Jesus to be reborn? Of course not. Your rebirth is a virgin birth, and so is that of the Christos.

2. Was Jesus God in the same...............

Every body is a temple of the Lord. We are all vessels containing the spirit of God.

3. Did Jesus die on the cross for our sins................

No Christ dies for sin, he dies for life.

4. Was Jesus tempted by Satan..............

Everyone is tempted by lack of light, the name is immaterial. It is only a temporary belief in darkness, a lack of God. Jesus was tempted by something within himself, as all are, until they choose to dismiss it. Giving it a name like Satan only perpetuates a belief in 'not' God, which is the very thing that the story book Satan was accused of.

5. does Satan exist today as an evil spirit (a tempter)

See boogie man. The only one who truly can tempt us is ourselves. No one else has any power over us. If we do not have power over ourselvesm not even God can save us.

6. Do you believe in confessing ones sins through a blood atonement or sacrifice..... If not how do you address sin.

Yes, most definitely. Every time I sin I run out immediately and sacrifice small children and animals. KIDDING, OF COURSE. Alan, I simply don't see how my making a temporary error in believing in a lack of light and God, which may be corrected, should be linked by necessity to the murder of another individual. I'm sorry to diagree, but I always saw the idea of blood sacrifice to be a Satanist belief, a belief in lack of light and God. The easiest way to deal with sin is to see it for what it is, a sign that growth is needed, and that there is a lesson to be learned. That's all there it to it. No need to carry guilt the rest of your life, die of a heart attack, or for someone to be slain. It is simply called 'learning'. You know how to do that, been doing it all your life. Forgive yourself, accept, learn. That's all there is to it. If a spirit resides in your temple, it is no different than how we learned as a child not to touch a hot stove, or to swing a stick at our little brother's face. That easy, and no need for death.

Think about this phrase, "On Earth as it is in Heaven". Reconcile what you believe Heaven to be like with what you see upon the Earth. If there is a difference, it is a mistaken belief in lack of light that needs to be healed. We cannot change the World, but if we change our perception of it, it is born anew.

Peace,
Darrin
