Alan, "God is imperfect. Only our perception of him becomes flawed, and this may be corrected." This was a tragic typo. I was upset when I saw it, and managed to correct it before the 15 minute window was up. It now reads as I intended, "God is perfect. Only our perception of him becomes flawed, and this may be corrected." My apologies for any confusion caused by my inability to type. "So the Jews were wrong to sacrifice to God in the Old Testament, is that what you are saying..." Yes, I most certainly think the Jews were wrong to sacrifice to God. God is not about sacrifice. There are people who believe that God rewards us for doing without. This is silly. There are just as many plentiful, happy people saved as there are among the miserly and miserable. Killing anything, unless it is to be eaten, in my opinion, is a waste. There are those who sacrifice a sex life, believing the body to be filthy. Rather than heal this belief, and have sex that is based upon love and joy, they seek to be Holy be dispensing with it altogether. God is not about deprivation. He is about healing, and abundance. "Also you are labeling Jesus death as Satanic ritual is that what you are saying." Whatever we would label it, it certainly wasn't any more necessary or well intentioned than any of the other crucifixions of that, or any other time. I get the feeling that you are almost happy he was crucified. Death serves no purpose, because God is not death, he is life. " You deem to talk around my questions....... You really expect me to believe that you take the Bible seriously??? After viewing your answers I really have a problem with your honesty." I have answered all those questions before repeatedly in the past and you have not listened. I do not expect you to believe anything. I am not the least bit surprised that you have difficulty believing my honesty, because then you can believe that all I say is lies, and it will not threaten your belief.
