I sold off my shares about a week ago for tax reasons, hoping to re-enter in the low 2 level. This stock has some great potential, hope people don't hype it about the buyout to much. We all know what hype does (make the stock soar...). I don't want to miss that! :) Lance

The bid and ask did not change. Could this be market makers trading among themselves? Could this be an insider transaction? Could this be the company sell treasury stock? could this be persons cashing in on there stock options? Could this be the MNTG pension fund? Could this be a fund making an investment in MNTG? Is this a tax loss sell? Your guess is as good as mine? Someone purchased/sold 62,000 shares of MNTG In the last two minutes of trading before the market closed,In advance of a holiday.
